They Just Want to do Good

 I decided to choose this type of subject for a blog because of the one side people may see or be exposed to when it comes to police officers. Police officers are also humans who work 8-12 hour days just trying to help people and make the world a better place. Most media outlets and statistics show the downside to the policing world instead of showing how police officers have a positive role within the communities. For example, student resource officers have been a pinnacle turning point when it comes to our community schools and the issues that these students may have with problems that aren't supposed to be in school settings. Students have a special trust within student resource officers that no other adult may have.
